A concrete slab foundation is actually not a foundation but a concrete slab poured directly on the ground and built on.
Depending on how the slab was built, you may find cracks in the floor from light to heavy.
Since it is built on the ground it will follow the movement of the soil through the years and is subject to ground settlement.
At this point, hydraulic pushed piers and mud jacking will be needed to correct the level of the house.
